摘要:采用浸渍法制备了系列H_(3)PMo_(12)O_(40)/ZSM-5分子筛催化剂,并利用XRD、FT-IR、SEM和EDS等方法对催化剂的结构和表面形貌进行表征。在甲醇溶剂中,对H_(3)PMo_(12)O_(40)/ZSM-5分子筛催化生物质基平台化合物5-羟甲基糠醛(HMF)一锅法制备下游化学品丁二酸二甲酯(DMS)进行了研究,考察了反应温度、时间、催化剂用量和氧气压力对DMS产率的影响,并研究了催化剂的重复使用性能。研究结果表明:H_(3)PMo_(12)O_(40)的Keggin结构和ZSM-5的骨架结构在负载前后保持不变,H_(3)PMo_(12)O_(40)在ZSM-5分子筛载体上均匀分散;在0.5 g HMF、10 mL甲醇、0.3 g 30%-H_(3)PMo_(12)O_(40)/ZSM-5催化剂和3 MPa O 2的条件下,在90℃下反应4 h时DMS产率可达到42.13%。该催化剂循环使用1~2次时,DMS产率仅略有下降,具有良好的重复使用性能,且在其他生物质基化学品制备DMS过程中也具有开发潜力。
A series of H_(3)PMo_(12)O_(40)/ZSM-5 zeolites catalysts were prepared by impregnation method.The structure and surface morphology of the catalysts were characterized by XRD,FT-IR,SEM and EDS.The catalysts were used to catalyze one-pot preparation of the biomass-based platform compound 5-hydroxymethylfurfural(HMF)into dimethyl succinate(DMS)in methanol.The effects of reaction temperature,reaction time,catalyst dosages and oxygen pressure on the yield of DMS were investigated,and the reusability performance of the catalysts was also investigated.The research results showed that the Keggin structure of H_(3)PMo_(12)O_(40)and the skeleton structure of ZSM-5 zeolites remained unchanged before and after loading,and H_(3)PMo_(12)O_(40)was uniformly dispersed on the ZSM-5 molecular zeolites carrier.Under the conditions of 0.5 g of HMF,10 mL of methanol,0.3 g of 30%-H_(3)PMo_(12)O_(40)/ZSM-5 zeolites and_(3)MPa of O 2,the yield of DMS reached 42.13%at 90℃for 4 h.When the catalyst was recycled for 1-2 times,the yield of DMS only decreased slightly,showing good reusability.Moreover,this catalytic system also had the potential for development in the process of preparing DMS from other biomass-based chemicals.
