摘要:为解决冷压工艺生产周期长和能量消耗大的问题,采用梯度降压的热压法制备竹篾层积材,并分析工艺参数对其性能的影响。结果表明:热压温度对板材的弹性模量、静曲强度、吸水厚度膨胀率和水平剪切强度影响显著;热压时间和密度对板材的吸水厚度膨胀率影响较大。在密度1.0g/cm3、热压时间1.5min/mm、温度145~155℃的条件下,板材性能达到LY/T 1072-2002《竹篾层积材》和GB/T 20241-2006《单板层积材》的要求。
During common hot-pressing process for making laminated bamboo sliver lumber, slabs are input and taken usually at a relatively low temperature condition, which ensures the product quality, however extend the production period. To shorten the production cycle for laminated bamboo sliver lumber, the authors studied the hot-pressing method at a higher temperature condition for slabs inputting and taking. The results showed that under the given conditions, hotpressing temperature had a significant influence on lumber modulus of elasticity, modulus of rupture, thickness swelling and horizontal shear strength; and the lumber density and hot-pressing time affected thickness swelling greatly. When density was 1.0 g/cm^3 , hot-pressing time was 1.5 min/mm and hot-pressing temperature was 145-155 ℃, the properties of laminated bamboo sliver lumber met the requirements of LY/T 1072-2002 for laminated bamboo strips lumber and GB/T 20241-2006 for laminated veneer lumber.
