摘要：野生动物饲养管理认证是中国森林认证的新领域,其发展尚处于初级阶段。虽现已有多家单位通过认证,但尚没有开展野生动物饲养管理认证绩效跟踪的相关研究,对于认证效果了解甚少。基于此,本文开展野生动物饲养管理认证跟踪调研及实践研究,以期为主管部门、科研单位及认证机构开展相关工作提供参考依据和重要借鉴。研究表明,野生动物饲养管理认证能够有效解决各单位在野生动物饲养管理过程中面临的问题,饲养管理体系得到有效提升和改善。因此建议主管部门加强对野生动物饲养管理认证的采信,加强宣传推广、技术支持及能力建设等。
The certification of wildlife feeding management is a new field of forest certification in China,and its development is still in its infancy.Although many entities (organizations/institutions/companies) have been certified,there has been no monitoring of performance and we knew little about the effect of certification.We monitored the post-certification performance of wildlife feeding and management to provide reference for departments,research institutes and certification bodies.Our review showed that the certification of wildlife feeding and management can solve the problems faced by entities responsible for feeding and management of wildlife,and the feeding and management system has been effectively improved.We recommended that authorities promote the certification for wildlife feeding and management through publicity and promotional programs,technical support,and capacity building.
