摘要:在空气介质中对毛竹竹材进行热处理,探讨热处理温度(100-220℃)和时间(1~4h)对竹材材色的影响。结果表明:热处理温度和时间对竹材材色的明度L*、红绿轴色度指数a*和黄蓝轴色度指数b*均有显著影响;随着热处理温度的升高和时间的延长,热处理竹材的总体色差△E*加剧。
Heat treatment is a commonly used method to improve certain performance of wood and bamboo materials. However, it also causes a color change that could be used by many manufacturers to make bamboo products with different appearances. To provide basic guidance and reference for the bamboo processing industry, the authors of this paper investigated the effects of temperature and duration of heat treatment on the color shift of bamboo. Specimens were made from mosa bamboo (Phyllostachys pubescence) and were treated under temperatures from 100 ℃ to 220 ℃ and with durations of 1-4 hours. The lightness (L*), red hue (a*), yellow hue (b*), and aberration (△E*) of the treated bamboo were evaluated. The results showed that the heating temperature and duration had remarkable effects on the L* , a* and b* of the specimens. The aberration of the treated specimens increased with increasing temperature and duration.
