摘要:为给乌兰布和沙区主要抗旱树种的筛选提供理论依据,在不同土壤水分条件下,对乌兰布和沙漠地区5种灌木(柠条、籽蒿、网状沙拐枣、唐古特白刺和花棒)的抗旱生理指标进行测定,采用主成分分析法对5种灌木进行综合评价。结果表明:(1)在不同土壤水分条件下柠条的水分饱和亏、束缚水、束/自、叶绿素含量均高于其他灌木。(2)采用主成分分析法对5种灌木水分生理参数进行综合评价,5种灌木的抗旱性由强到弱顺序依次为:柠条>白刺>沙拐枣>花棒>籽蒿。
In order to supply a more theoretical basis for the selection of drought resistance shrubs in Ulanbuh Desert, under different soil moisture, the drought resistant indexes of Caragana korshinskii, Artemisia sphaerocephala, Calligonum mongolicum, Nitraria tangutorum and Hedysannn scoparium in Ulan Buh Desert were measured. Comprehensive analysis of drought resistance of five shrubs was conducted with principal component analysis. The results were as follows:(1) under different soil moisture, water deficit, bound water content, ratio of bound water to free water and chlorophyll content of Caragana korshinskii were higher than that of the other shrubs;(2) water physiology index of five shrubs were synthetically evaluated with the method of principal component analysis, the drought resistance order of the five shrubs were as follows: Caragana korshinskii〉Nitraria tangutorum〉Calligonum mongolicum〉Hedysannn scoparium〉Artemisia sphaerocephala.shrub; drought resistance; water physiology index; principal component analysis
