摘要:以广东南岭国家级自然保护区、广东蕉岭长潭省级自然保护区、广东肇庆市德庆三叉顶市级自然保护区低海拔(400~500 m)区域的森林土壤为研究对象,比较分析了土壤(分上层0~25 cm和下层25~50 cm)的自然含水量、土壤质量密度、pH、有机质(SOM)、有机碳(SOC)、全氮(TN)、速效氮(AvN)、速效磷(AvP)、速效钾(AvK)分布特征。结果表明:(1)南岭自然保护区、长潭自然保护区和三叉顶自然保护区之间的自然含水量、土壤质量密度、pH、SOM、SOC、TN、AvN、AvP、AvK差异极显著(P<0.01);0~25 cm土层和25~50 cm土层的自然含水量、土壤质量密度、SOM、SOC、TN、AvN、AvK差异极显著(P<0.01);(2)3个保护区中,只有南岭自然保护区0~25 cm土层的TN与AvN相关性显著(P<0.05),其余保护区各土层的相关性都未达到显著水平(P>0.05);(3)回归分析表明,0~25 cm土层与25~50 cm土层的pH在3个保护区中差异显著(P<0.05),另外,南岭自然保护区的土壤质量密度、长潭自然保护区的土壤速效氮、三叉顶自然保护区的土壤全氮和土壤速效钾在0~25 cm土层和25~50 cm土层间差异极显著(P<0.01)。
Soil nutrient regimes were analyzed and compared at an elevation of 400-500 m in Nanling national nature reserve, Changtan provincial nature reserve and Deqing Sanchading nature reserve of Guangdong province. The research include 9 soil physicochemical properties in upper(0-25 cm) and under (25-50 cm),natural moisture content, bulk density, pH, soil organic matter(SOM), soil organic carbon (SOC), TN, AvN, AvP and AvK. The result is as fellows: (1)The 9 soil properties have pole obvious differences among the three reserves, natural moisture content, bulk density, SOM, SOC, TN, AvN and ArK appear all pole obvious differences between the two layers in the three reserves. (2)In Nanling reserve, TN shows obvious relativity on AvN between the two layers. For the other two reserves,this relativity show small. (3) Analysed with regression, pH between the two layers appear obvious differences in three reserves (P〈0.05), otherwise, bulk density in Nanling reserve, AvN in Changtan reserve,TN and Avk in Sanchading reserve all appear pole obvious differences between two layers (P〈0.01).
