摘要:以马来海松酸(MPA)、三羟甲基丙烷(TMP)、丙三醇共聚合成了松香基超支化聚酯(HBP),在醇酸物质的量之比3∶1的条件下,探讨了反应温度、物料配比、催化剂对反应的影响;用甲基丙烯酸对HBP进行改性得到UV固化端乙烯基松香基超支化聚酯(VHBP),采用FT-IR、GPC、DSC、TG对HBP及VHBP进行分析表征。结果表明:当甘油与三羟甲基丙烷物质的量之比为1∶1,反应温度220℃,催化剂用量为0.2%时,多分散系数(PDI)较小,为最佳反应条件。FT-IR分析表明HBP中含有大量酯基和羟基,反应得到超支化聚酯,数均分子质量(Mn)为2 308,热失重为50%时温度为402℃,玻璃化转变温度(Tg)为42.9℃,特性黏度为2.11 m L/g。FT-IR分析表明VHBP中出现乙烯基特征峰,热失重为50%时温度为379℃,Tg为-31.78℃,特性黏度为1.1 m L/g。并且,超支化聚酯改性前后均具有较好的溶解性能。对VHBP紫外光固化膜性能分析表明:固化膜具有较好的柔韧性、耐水性、耐醇性和耐碱性,耐冲击性>50 kg/cm,附着力为1级,铅笔硬度为3H,凝胶率85%。
A rosin based hyperbranched polyester (HBP) was prepared by copolycondensation of maleopimaric acid (MPA), trimethylolpropane(TMP) , and glycerin. When the mole ratio of alcohol to acid was 3 : 1, the effects of reaction temperature, material ratios, and catalyst contents on the hyperbranched polyester synthesis were discussed. The results showed that the optimal conditions were as follows: the mole ratio of glycerin to TMP 1 : 1, the dosage of catalyst 0.2% , reaction temperature 220 ℃. Under these conditions, the polydispersity index (PDI) was small. The structure and performance of the polyester was characterized by FT-IR, GPC, DSC, and TG. The results showed that HBP contained a large number of ester and hydroxyl groups ; the number average molecular weight was 2 308 ; the temperature with thermal weight loss of 50% was 402 ℃ ; the glass transition temperature(Tg) was 42.9℃; the intrinsic viscosity was 2. 11 mL/g. When the polymer was further modified by methacrylic acid, the obtained hyperbranched polyester contained terminal vinyl groups(VHBP). The structure and performance of VHBP was characterized by FT-IR, DSC, and TG. The results showed that VHBP contained terminal vinyl groups; the temperature of 50% thermal weight loss was 379 ℃ ; the Tg was - 31.78 ℃ ; the intrinsic viscosity was 1.1 mL/g. HBP and VHBP had good solubility. The UV-cured film of VHBP had good flexibility and resistance to water, alcohol, and alkali. And the adhesion force was 1 grade; the impact resistance was over 50 kg/cm; gel rate was 85% ; film hardness by pencil was 3H.
