摘要:为促进柑橘观蝶人工规模化养殖,观察了人工气候箱中20℃时不同光周期下柑橘观蝶幼虫生长发育情况。结果表明,光周期对柑橘观蝶幼虫及蛹的发育历期影响明显。1-5龄幼虫发育历期分别在4.0-4.8、3.6-6.3、4.9-6.3、5.0-12.8和12.6-18.0 d之间;非滞育蛹历期在16.0-20.0 d之间;滞育蛹历期在123.0-196.5 d之间。同时,光周期对幼虫和蛹存活率也有一定影响,不同光周期下幼虫存活率在5%-50%之间,除15 h光照时为50%略高外,其余光照下均较低;蛹存活率除13 h光照时为20%较低外,其余均在60%以上。20℃时,人工规模化养殖选择14 h光照较好。
In order to breed the butterfly Papilio memnon well, at 20℃, the growth and development of larvae of it were investigated under different photoperiods in artificial climate-chest. The results were as follow: The developmental period of larvae were 4.0-4.8,3.6-6.3,4.9-6.3,5.0-12.8 and 12.6-18.0 days from 1 to 5 instar respectively, the nondiapause pupae were 19.5-24.4 days, and the diapause pupae were 123.0-196.5 days. The survival rates of whole larvae were between 5- 50%, and most of them lower besides the daylength at 15h, and it was 50%. Most survival rates of pupae were over 60% besides the daylength at 13h, and it was only 20%. At 20℃, the daylength of 14h were the better daylength to breed the butterfly.
