摘要：通过对台湾9.21地震后林业重建经验的总结,结合四川汶川地震灾区林业的状况,提出在汶川地震灾后林业重建中要大力培育生态公益林,发展林业产业,解决当地人民生计,积极调动群众参与林业建设的积极性,鼓励各种形式的民间投资,同时要加强对林业重建的保障工作。
This paper summarize the experience of forestry rebuild after Taiwan 921 earthquake and bring forward some advice to forestry rebuild after Wenchuan earthquake considering the status of Wen- cbuan disaster area. It propose that some measures must be put into practice, such as planting trees for building the ecological forest, developing the forestry industry to improve the indigene＇s living, and mobilizing investment people＇s enthusiasm to forestry building. Other wise encouraging various non-governmental and strengthening the ensure measure of forestry rebuilding are important.
