摘要:Growth-regulating factors (GRF) are plant specific transcription factor and were reported to be involved in various developmental events.The knowledge about the role of GRFs in growth and development were mainly from studies in herbal plants, the research on GRFs in tree is absent.Populus is the model for woody plant, thus we aim to provide a comprehensive genomic analysis of the PtGRFs and reveal their possible functions in woody plant development.19 PtGRF genes were identified in Populus trichocarpa and were clustered into six groups according to sequence similarity.
