摘要：本文简略介绍了我国目前蝴蝶产业的背景情况和发展现状,着重阐述了该产业发展中亟待解决的目标与思路、政策与法律、科研与技术、人才与培养等一系列问题,并针对性地提出了相应解决意见。
The background and situation during the development of industry of butterfly in China are briefly introduced in this paper. A series of problems such as the aim and the train of thoughts, policy and laws, scientific research and technology, person with ability and cultivation during the development of this industry are elaborated. Besides, the paper also pertinently brings forward the ways and means to resolve these problems.
