摘要:【目的】筛选适合培育格木幼苗的基质和容器,为完善格木容器育苗技术和营造格木高效人工林提供参考依据。【方法】以腐熟松树皮、沤制锯末、炭化松树皮、黄心土及格木林下表土配置5种基质(分别设置为A1、A2、A3、A4和CK),使用12 cm×15 cm(B1)和15 cm×20 cm(B2)两种规格的无纺布容器,开展格木幼苗培育试验,调查不同基质和不同规格容器培育格木幼苗的地径、苗高和生物量及造林后的成活率与生长表现,分析其造林效果。【结果】不同基质、不同规格容器培育的格木幼苗生长表现及造林效果差异均达显著(P<0.05,下同)或极显著(P<0.01)水平,而不同基质与不同规格容器交互作用仅幼苗生物量差异达显著水平。幼苗生长表现与造林效果均以基质A2(松树皮50%+黄心土30%+格木林下表土20%)最佳,基质A4(松树皮60%+沤制锯末30%+炭化松树皮10%)最差;容器B2和B1的幼苗造林成活率整体上差异不明显,但前者的生长表现显著优于后者。基质A2的两种规格容器幼苗的造林效果差异不显著(P>0.05)。【结论】生产上宜选用12 cm×15 cm规格的无纺布容器和松树皮50%+黄心土30%+格木林下表土20%基质培育格木幼苗。
[ Objective ]In order to provide reference for improving seedling-breeding technique of Erythrophleum fordii in container and constructing its high-benefit plantations, the optimal growing medium and container for E. fordii seedlings were screen out. [Method]Five kinds of growing mediums (coded as A1 ,A2,A3,A4,and CK) was made up of composted pine bark, retted sawdust, charred pine bark, subsoil and topsoil of E. fordii plantations. And two sizes of non-woven containers (coded as B1 and B2) were used to breed E. fordii seedlings, which were 12 cm×15 cm and 15 cm×20 cm in size, respectively. Then the ground diameter, seedling height, biomass, survive rate and growth performance of seedlings breeded with different mediums and containers were investigated, so as to analyze afforestation effects. [Result]The results showed that the medium and container size had significant or extremely significant effects on seedlings growth performance and afforestation effects(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01, the same below). While the interactions between mediums and containers only had significant effect on seedling biomass. In addition, in terms of growth performance and afforestation effect, the growing medium A2 (50% composted pine bark+30% subsoil+20% topsoil) was the best, while the medium A4 (60% composted pine bark+30% retted sawdust+10% charred pine bark) was the worest. There existed no significant difference in survival rate between containers BI and B2, while as for seedling growth performance, container B2 was significantly better than container B1 as a whole. However, There existed no significant difference in afforestation effect between two sizes of container(P〉0.05). [ Conclusion]The growing medium 50% composted pine bark+30% subsoil+20% topsoil and non- woven container( 12 cm×15 cm in size) are recommended to breed seedlings of E. fordii in production
