摘要:研究了木聚糖酶预浸渍对光叶楮木片P-RCAPMP制浆性能的影响。结果表明:在H2O2和NaOH用量均为3.0%的条件下,游离度在380mL左右时,酶法P-RCAPMP(木聚糖酶用量为12U/g)纸浆和常规法P-RCAPMP相比,抗张指数、耐破指数分别提高了27.4%、7.2%,且PC值减少了近20.6%。可用于配抄高档白纸板和白卡类纸板产品,在生产同档次纸板产品时,用酶法P-RCAPMP纸浆配抄可以节省商品漂白木浆的用量。
The effects of Xylanase pre-impregnation on P-RC APMP pulping performance from Broussonetia papyrifera wood chips were investigated. Results show that under the conditions of H202 and NaOH to the amount of 3.0%, freeness level of 380 mL, tensile and burst strength of the former (with a dosage of xylanase of 12U/g o.d. chip) are increased by 27.4% and 7.2% respectively, comparing with those of the latter, and PC value of the former is decreased by 20.6%. In conclusion, both processes could be used to produce advanced white paper board and white card paper board. When this method is used to produce product of the same grade, P-RC APMP pulps from Broussonetia papyrifera can save the amount of market bleached wood pulp.
