摘要:地被银桦是杂交品种,无性繁殖对保持地被银桦的品种特性至关重要。本研究以组织培养为繁殖方法,从激素的浓度、种类、大量元素及糖等方面对地被银桦的增殖培养进行了系统的研究。结果表明,6-BA的浓度对增殖苗的高度有显著影响,6-BA和IBA对试管苗的玻璃化比例均有显著影响,NH_4NO_3和KH_2PO_4的浓度也显著影响增殖苗的高度。最适增殖培养基配方为:改良MS培养基(NH_4NO_3412.5 mg/L,KH_2PO_485 mg/L)+6-BA 0.3 mg/L+IBA 0.1 mg/L+糖35 g/L。
Grevillea 'Billy Bonkers' is a hybrid Grevillea. Vegetative propagation plays an important role in keeping varietal characteristics of 'Billy Bonkers'. 'Billy Bonkers' was mass proliferated via tissue culture, and the hormones and their concentrations, macro-elements and sugar were modified to develop an optimal MS medium for tissue culture of 'Billy Bonkers'. The results indicated that the concentrations of 6BA, NH_4NO_3 and KH_2PO_4had significant effect on plantlet height growth of 'Billy Bonkers'. The 6BA and IBA had significant effect on plantlet vitrification ratio. The optimal medium for tissue culture is(NH_4NO_3412.5 mg/L, KH_2PO_485 mg/L) + 6BA 0.3 mg/L + IBA 0.1 mg/L + sugar 35 g/L.
