摘要：提出了一种新的微卫星聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(PAGE)显带方法,即微卫星PAGE荧光染料显带法,与琼脂糖凝胶荧光染料显带法和PAGE银染显带法相比,该法具有简单易行、快速高效、分辨率高、背景清晰等特点,是一种成功的DNA显带技术。
A new banding method for microsatellite polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis（PAGE）,the microsatellite PAGE fluorescent dye banding method,was put forward in this paper.Compared with agarose gel fluorescent dye banding method and PAGE silver staining banding method,the new method is a successful DNA banding method,which has the advantages of high resolution,fast,efficient and simple clear background.
