摘要:采用气/质联用仪对秸秆焦油的成分进行了分析,确定了49种化合物,相对酚总量为66.23%。用秸秆焦油、多聚甲醛、二乙醇胺、环氧丙烷为原料,制备焦油基Mannich聚醚多元醇(TMP),对反应过程进行了探索,并用TMP、二异氰酸酯系化合物(粗MDI)等制备了焦油基聚氨酯(PUR)泡沫。结果表明,合成焦油基Mannich碱的较佳条件为反应温度80℃,反应时间3 h,二乙醇胺的转化率可达到90.47%。研究了环氧丙烷的添加量对TMP及其PUR泡沫结构与性能的影响,并将TMP基PUR与纯苯酚(PMP)基PUR进行了性能比较。结果表明,TMP基PUR泡沫具有PMP基PUR泡沫相近的力学性能和热稳定性,且成本较低,因此具有良好的应用前景。
The 49 compounds from staw tar were identified by Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometer (GC/MS) method,the relative amount of phenolic compounds was 66.23%. The Mannich reaction was applied to prepare tar-based Mannich polyether polyol (TMP) from straw tar,diethanolamine,paraformaldehyde and epoxypropane (PO). The reaction process was investigated. Tarbased polyurethane (PUR) foam was prepared from TMP,diisocyanate compounds(MDI),etc. The results show that the conversion rate of diethanolamine is the highest up to 90.47 % by reacting at 80℃for 3 h in synthetization of tar-based Mannich base (TM-base).The effects of PO amount on the structure and properties of TMP were also examined. The properties of TMP based PUR foam and pure phenol (PMP) - based PUR foam were compared. The results show that TMP-based polyurethane foam has the similar properties but lower cost to PMP-based foam,so TMP has a good application prospect.
