摘要:采用凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)和基质辅助激光解吸电离飞行时间质谱(MALDI-TOF MS)两种方法研究了脲醛树脂在预固化过程中的分子质量变化。结果表明,在30 s预固化阶段树脂以低分子物质的增加为特征,大分子增加不显著;中等分子和大分子增加显著集中在30 s以后,该阶段是树脂网状结构的实质形成阶段。相比之下,在获得完整分子质量曲线的基础上,GPC能获得较为准确的相对分子质量分布;而MALDI-TOF MS能以完整的谱图数据准确直观地表征绝对分子质量的变化,并可根据分子质量的谱峰归属推断出相应的分子结构和反应机理。
The molecular weight changes during the pre-curing course of urea-formaldehyde resin were investigated by the gel permeation chromatography (GPC) and matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry (MALDI-TOF MS). The results indicated that the resin was characterized by the increase of low-molecular material and the increase of macromolecular was not significant at the 30 s pre-curing stage. The increase of middle molecular and macromolecular was significant after 30s and this stage was the real formation stage of resin network structure. The accurate molecular weight distribution could be obtained by GPC based on the complete molecular mass curve. By comparison, the absolute molecular mass changes could be accurately and intuitively characterized by MALDI-TOF MS with the complete spectrum data, and the corresponding molecular structure and reaction mechanism could be deduced according to the spectral peak attribution of molecular mass.
