摘要:二色补血草切花是一种天然干花材料,室内观赏效果极佳,但自然干燥后花序易碎易凋落。甘油是干花制作过程中常用的软化液剂,本试验以二色补血草为材料,通过不同质量浓度的甘油沸水软化处理,应用电镜扫描对软化前后放置不同时间的组织器官苞片、萼片和花梗的表面结构进行了观察和比较分析。结果表明:甘油质量浓度越高,处理后的二色补血草放置60 d后组织结构变化越不明显,花枝仍具有很好的完整性和柔韧性,综合观赏效果和放置时长,质量浓度为5%的甘油处理能有效降低干花的皱缩程度,又在很大程度上保持了其观赏特性,软化综合效果最佳。
Limonium bicolor is a plant of natural dried flower. However, it was easy to fall as a kind of cut flower. Glycerin is a common softening liquid formulation used in the dried flower production. In this study, L. bicolor was taken as the material, and the micromorphology for both surfaces of petals and sepals were comparatively observed by scanning electron microscope (SEM) after different storage time of pre and post softening treatments by different concentration glycerin. The results indicated that the softening effect of 5 % glycerin was the best; it could effectively reduce the shrink of flowers, and the changes of surface texture in L. bicolor were obvious after storage for 60 days, compared with the control. The integrity and pliability of flowers maintained better.
