摘要:脂质代谢紊乱是全球高发的疾病,同时也是引发动脉粥样硬化、冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病等一系列心血管疾病的独立危险因素。胆固醇调节元件结合蛋白、过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体和前蛋白转化酶枯草溶菌素/kexin9途径是研究调节脂质代谢紊乱的三大途径。研究发现,生物碱类、萜类、多酚类、多糖类、黄酮类、皂苷类、菲醌类等天然产物具有调节脂质代谢紊乱的作用。因此,本文综述现阶段中药及天然产物等通过这三条途径调节脂质代谢紊乱的实验研究进展,为研究开发具有调节脂质代谢紊乱药理活性的中药新药及保健品提供思路和方向,也为脂质代谢紊乱的防治提供新的可能性。发现,中药及天然产物有多靶点、多途径、不良反应少的优势,但因其组成成分复杂、药物间的相互作用机理尚不明确。
Lipid metabolism disorder is a kind of disease with high incidence worldwide,and it is also an independent risk factor for a series of cardiovascular diseases,such as atherosclerosis and coronary heart disease.Sterol-regulatory element binding proteins(SREBPs)and peroxisomal proliferators activate receptors(PPARs)and proprotein convertase subtilisin/Kexin type 9(PCSK9)are three major pathways that regulate lipid metabolism disorders.The studies found out that alkaloid,terpene,polyphenols,polysaccharides,flavonoid,saponins and phenathrenequinone,these natural products had the effect of regulating lipid metabolism disorder.This study reviewed the experimental research progress on regulating lipid metabolism disorders through three ways of present common clinical drugs,Chinese medicinal and natural products,providing ideas and directions for the research and development of Chinese medicinal and natural products with pharmacological activities of regulating lipid metabolism disorders,thus to find new possibility in preventing and treating lipid metabolism disorder.It is found that Chinese medicinal and natural products have the advantages of multiple targets,multiple pathways and few adverse reactions,but due to their complex components,the interaction mechanism between drugs are unclear at present.
