摘要:从防止H_2O_2分解角度对MgSO_4、DTPA和Na_2SiO_3的适宜用量进行了探讨,对3种漂白助剂在机械浆H_2O_2漂白中的作用进行了比较,同时对DTPA预处理对H_2O_2漂白的效果进行了评价。在含有过渡金属离子的碱性H_2O_2溶液中,3种助剂适宜用量分别为:MgSO_4为0.05%~0.1%,DTPA为0.1%~0.5%,Na_2SiO_3为0.5%~3.0%。Na_2SiO_3的使用效果明显好于DTPA。两段H_2O_2漂白的正交实验表明,在影响机械浆H_2O_2漂白的3种助剂中,Na_2SiO_3是最显著的影响因素,其次是DTPA。对机械浆进行DTPA预处理可以改善H_2O_2漂白效果,增加残余H_2O_2和降低浆料的返黄值。DTPA预处理的适宜用量为0.3%~0.5%。
The suitable usage amounts of magnesium sulfate, DTPA and silicate considering the H2O2 degradation performances in hydrogen peroxide bleaching of mechanical pulps were discussed. The optimal amounts of magnesium sulfate, DTPA and silicate are 0.05%0.1%, 0.1%, 0.5% and 0.5%, 3.0%,respectively. Effects of DTPA and silicate on CMP brightness bleached by one-stage hydrogen peroxide bleaching were compared under different NaOH usage levels. It was showed that silicate plays a more important role than DTPA in improving the CMP brightness. Two-stage hydrogen peroxide bleaching of poplar CMP by using the orthogonal experimental design was also conducted to evaluate the roles of magnesium sulfate, DTPA and silicate in hydrogen peroxide bleaching. Silicate is the most important factor among the three bleaching additives agents, and magnesium sulfate is less important in improving bleaching efficiency than that we originally expected. The addition DTPA in the DTPA pretreatment can obtain better effects on hydrogen peroxide bleaching than that in the bleaching stage. The enough usage amount of DTPA in the DTPA pretreatment stage is less than 0.3 %-0.5 %.
