摘要:以Ni、Fe金属为活性组分,γ-Al_(2)O_(3)、SBA-15和HZSM-5作载体,制备了不同的Ni-Fe催化剂,探讨了其对催化硬脂酸转化为脂肪醇的影响。进一步考察了反应温度、初始H_(2)压力、反应时间等工艺条件,发现Ni-Fe/HZSM-5不是制备脂肪醇的理想催化剂,而Ni-Fe/γ-Al_(2)O_(3)和Ni-Fe/SBA-15催化剂分别在200℃、4 MPa初始H_(2)压力、4 h和190℃、3 MPa初始H_(2)压力、3 h条件下表现出较佳的催化性能,此时硬脂酸转化率均为100%,其脂肪醇产物选择性分别为98.8%和99.4%。结合XRD、BET、H_(2)-TPR、NH3-TPD等表征手段对催化剂进行理化性质分析,研究结果表明:Ni-Fe/HZSM-5、Ni-Fe/SBA-15催化剂生成了FeNi_(3)合金物种,而Ni-Fe/γ-Al_(2)O_(3)催化剂仅检测到了Fe_(3)O_(4)物种,Ni-Fe/HZSM-5催化剂因较强酸性不利于脂肪醇的生成,而Ni-Fe/γ-Al_(2)O_(3)和Ni-Fe/SBA-15催化剂因较低的酸性,用于硬脂酸加氢脱氧时的主要产物为脂肪醇。其中,Ni-Fe/SBA-15催化剂较高的比表面积(404.81 m^(2)/g)使其在脂肪醇制备的过程中表现最佳。
The catalytic conversion of stearic acid to fatty alcohols using Ni and Fe metals as active components was studied in the presence ofγ-Al_(2)O_(3),SBA-15,and HZSM-5 supports.Further investigation of the reaction conditions,including temperature,initial H_(2)pressure,and reaction time,revealed that Ni-Fe/HZSM-5 was not a suitable catalyst for fatty alcohol preparation while Ni-Fe/γ-Al_(2)O_(3)and Ni-Fe/SBA-15 catalysts exhibited optimal performance at 200℃,4 MPa initial H_(2)pressure,4 h and 190℃,3 MPa initial H_(2)pressure,3 h,respectively.Under these conditions,both catalysts achieved 100%conversion of stearic acid and fatty alcohol selectivities of 98.8%and 99.4%,respectively.The physicochemical properties of the catalysts were analyzed using XRD,BET,H_(2)-TPR,NH3-TPD,and other characterization techniques.The results showed that Ni-Fe/HZSM-5 and Ni-Fe/SBA-15 catalysts formed FeNi_(3)alloy species,while Ni-Fe/γ-Al_(2)O_(3)catalysts formed Fe_(3)O_(4)species.Ni-Fe/HZSM-5 was not conductive to fatty alcohol generation due to its strong acidity.However,due to the low acidity of Ni-Fe/γ-Al_(2)O_(3)and Ni-Fe/SBA-15,the main product used in the hydrodeoxygenation of stearic acid primarily was fatty alcohols.Among them,the Ni-Fe/SBA-15 catalyst demonstrated superior performance in fatty alcohol production due to its high specific surface area.
