摘要：聚丙烯(PP)装饰膜具有良好的外观质量和环保性能,市场前景广阔。本文综述了近年来国内外PP装饰膜在木制品表面装饰应用现状及其进展,分析了现行环境下PP装饰膜的开发与应用,提出新型电子束(EB)固化PP装饰膜及功能型PP装饰膜的优势和存在的问题,并对其技术的发展趋势进行了展望。
In order to increase the added value of wood products and alleviate the supply-demand contradiction between the scarcity of precious wood resources and product demand,Polypropylene(PP)decorative film has gradually been widely used in wood products.PP film has good appearance performance and environmental protection performance,and the market prospect is broad.This article summarized the current situation and progress of the application of PP film on the surface of wood products in recent years,and analyzed the development and application of PP decorative film in the current environment.The advantages,existing problems and technological development trends of these new electronic radiation(EB)curing PP decorative film and functional PP decorative film were discussed.
