摘要:以工业碱木质素(L)为原料,通过与苯酚(P)、尿素(U)和甲醛(F)共缩聚反应制备了木质素基胶黏剂(LPUs),考察了木质素和尿素用量对LPUs树脂固化性能、热稳定性能、胶合性能和甲醛释放量的影响。结果表明:不同木质素和尿素用量并未改变LPUs树脂分子链的主体结构和排列取向性。随着木质素用量的上升,LPUs树脂的热稳定性先增加后降低;而尿素用量的增加,则会降低LPUs树脂的热稳定性。LPUs树脂具有耐沸水和低甲醛释放的特点。随着LPUs树脂中木质素和尿素用量的增加,制备胶合板的耐沸水胶合强度均呈现出先增加后降低的趋势。木质素用量过高或过低都会影响LPUs树脂的热稳定性。
In this paper,lignin-based adhesives(LPUs)were prepared by co-condensation with phenol(P),urea(U)and formaldehyde(F)using industrial alkali lignin(L)as raw material.The effects of lignin and urea dosages on the curing performance,thermal stability,gluing performance and formaldehyde emission of LPUs resin were investigated.The results showed that the main structure and arrangement orientation of the resin molecular chain of LPUs did not changed by different lignin and urea dosages.With the increasing of lignin dosage,the thermal stability of LPUs resin first increased and then decreased.The increase in urea dosage would reduce the thermal stability of LPUs resin.LPUs resins were resistant to boiling water and low formaldehyde emissions.With the increasing of lignin and urea,the gluing strength of plywood prepared with LPUs resin showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing.
