摘要:以离体培养为参照,从TTC、I-KI、醋酸洋红3种方法中筛选出适宜西南桦花粉活力的快速检测方法,应用着色力表示花粉活力。结果表明,在上述3种检测方法中,TTC法的检测结果与萌发法显著一致,应用TTC法检测西南桦花粉活力,其染色液的pH值以7.0为宜;这说明TTC法适合在野外条件下快速检测西南桦花粉的活力。
In this paper suitable method was screened out from TTC, I - KI and acetic acid carmine method to test vigor of Betula alnoides pollens rapidly in comparison with pollen germination. The result showed that TTC method with pH value of dye solution being 7.0, is the best way to test the pollen vigor, its results were remarkably in accordance with those of pollen germination. It can thus be concluded that TTC method is a good way to test vigor of B. alnoides pollens in the field.
