摘要:Systematic experiments concerning morphological and physiological changes associated with senescence of cut Lycoris aurea were conducted.The results indicated that when the concentration of CoCl2was 40 or 80 mg L-1,it could considerably extended the longevity of cut L.aurea,increasing vase life from 5 days(under control) to 9 days and improving the quality of flowers effectively.It was concluded that this preservative with 40 mg·L-1could retard water stress,improve water balance and delay senescence process of cut L.aurea.CoCl2 not only slowed the rate of protein decomposition but also decreased in MDA content and increased peroxidase content.Moreover,the results also showed a good effect of CoCl2 with 80 mg L-1 on cut L.aurea.So there was a great foreground for preservation of cut L.aurea.
