摘要:我国畜牧业的高质量发展是未来的必然趋势,但是饲料总量供应不足是关键的制约因素之一,大量依靠饲料进口可能会加剧畜牧业生产的困境,着力开发我国的抗逆饲用植物资源和边际土地资源是解决这一问题的有效途径。我国拥有丰富的盐生植物资源,特别是盐生乔灌木和半灌木资源丰富,是发展盐生饲料的宝贵资源库。盐生饲用植物具有抗逆性强、生物量大、营养丰富等多种优点,充分挖掘饲用盐生植物潜力,不但能够补充饲料缺口,不与农争地,还能起到防风固沙、改良土壤、修复退化生态等多种功能,兼具经济效益、生态效益和社会效益。本文从我国盐生饲用植物资源、盐生植物的营养价值和抗营养因子、盐胁迫对盐生饲用植物品质的影响、盐生饲用植物的养分调节技术等方面进行了综述,并提出发展盐生植物饲料需要解决的关键问题,为盐生植物的饲用潜力挖掘与应用提供支持。
The high-quality development of animal husbandry in China is an inevitable trend in the future.However,the shortage of total fodder supply is one of the key constraints.Large amount of fodder import may aggravate the dilemma of animal husbandry production.One of the effective ways to solve this problem is to develop stress tolerant plant resources and marginal land resources.China is rich in halophyte resources,especially in halophyte trees,shrubs and semi-shrubs,which provide valuable resources for the screening of forage halophytes.Fodder halophytes have many advantages,such as strong resistance to stress,large biomass and rich nutrition.Fully exploiting the potential of feeding halophytes can not only supplement the feed gap and avoid competing land with agriculture,but also play a variety of functions,such as wind prevention and sand fixation,soil improvement and restoration of degraded ecology,with economic,ecological and social benefits.The paper summarized fodder halophytes resources in China,fodder halophytes nutrition value and anti-nutrition factors,the impact of salt stress on the quality of halophytes,fodder halophytes nutrient regulation technology.Some key problems of fodder halophytes development were put forward.It is supposed to support the exploitation and application of the fodder halophytes potential.
