摘要:采用石油醚提取、皂化、分子蒸馏等分离方法得到银杏叶脂溶性不皂化物轻馏分,利用裂解-气质联用(Py-GC-MS)技术,结合Nist02质谱标准库,指认了该部位裂解后得到的69种化学成分,标明各自的GC含量,并归属了其中主要化合物的化学结构类型。结果显示:裂解后化合物中单萜、倍半萜类化合物GC含量约为23%,长链醇(酮、酯)及二萜类GC含量约为47%,烷基酚、甾体类GC含量约为30%。
Light distillates separated by molecular distillation from fat-soluble unsaponifiable matter of Ginkgo biloba leaves were prepared by extraction using petroleum ether, saponification and molecular distillation. The light distillates were analyzed by the Pyrolysis-Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry technique. The results were compared with the NIST02 standard MS database by computer. As a result ,69 kinds of chemical compOunds were identified and their relative content was determined by using the normalization method. The main compounds were attributed to the corresponding type of chemical structure of compounds. The re- sults showed that the total relative content of monoterpene and sesquiterpene compounds was approximately 23% , the total rela- tive content of chainlike alcohol (ketone, ester) and diterpanes compounds was approximately 47 % and the total relative content of alkylphenol and steroids compounds was approximately 30%.
