摘要：塔拉豆长、厚、千粒质量等指标的测定结果表明，塔拉豆长为0．620—1．184cm，厚为0．149-0．678cm，千粒质量146-245g，研究塔拉豆的分级指标；塔拉豆中外皮占34．0％-42．0％，平均约39．0％、胚占24．0％-34．0％，平均约31．0％，胚乳占21．0％-31．0％，平均约26．0％；结合相关文献，简述了我国塔拉豆组成、化学成分、塔拉胶的加工、特性等研究现状及其发展趋势。
The grading guideline of tara beans was put forward by determining physical features of tara beans to obtain the result as follows ： length of tara （ Caesalpinia spinosa Kuntze） beans was 0. 620-1.184 cm with average 0. 899 cm, thickness of tara beans was 0. 149-0.678 cm with average 0.426 cm, mass of thousand grains of tara beans was 146-245 g with average 195.02 g. Tara bean is consisted of bean shell 34.0 %-42.0 % with average 39.0 % , bean embryo 24.0 %-34.0 % with average 31.0 % and bean endosperm 21.0 %-31.0 % with average 26.0 %. The constitution, chemical constituents, processing and charaeterstics of tara beans in China, as well as current states of researches and development trend of tara beans are briefly decribed.
