摘要:以马尾松(Pinusmassoniana)、黑松(P.thunbergii)、湿地松(P.elliottii)、雪松(Cedrusdeodara)、园柏(Sabinachinensis(L.)Ant.)等针叶为原料,经提取、分离、纯化制得聚戊稀乙酸酯纯样。由 ̄1HNMR、 ̄(13)CNMR波谱鉴定为桦木聚戊烯醇型(Betu-la-prenols)结构,与银杏叶中聚戊烯醇化学结构一致。以银杏叶中聚戊烯乙酸酯为标样,由HPLC的lgt_R与n(异戊烯基结构单元数)线性关系确定马尾松等针叶中的n在13~22之间,与哺乳动物中所含多萜醇(Dolichol)结构相近。其中,马尾松、湿地松中聚戊烯醇的研究为国内外首次报道。
Polyprenol acetates were produced by extraction,isolation and puriflcation processes from theneedles of five coniferous species,namely P. massoniana,P,thunhergii,P.elliottii,Cedrus deodara andJuniperus chinensis.Structures of polyprenols from the above mentioned leaves and cinkgo biloba leaves were identirled as betulaprenoI type by  ̄1H NMR and  ̄(13)C NMR,then the numbers of isoprene units were from 13~22 by the linear relation between unit number of isopentene groups in polyisopentenyl acetateand the HPLC log t_R compared with the standard polyprenol acetate inGinkgo biloba, thus the structures of betulaprenol type polyprenols are close to that of mammalian dolichols. Results of the study on P.messoniana and P.elliottii are reported for the first time in the world.
