摘要:考察了不同精炼工序后油茶籽油中邻苯二甲酸酯(PAEs)含量的变化,在此基础上探索了精炼过程中可能引起油茶籽油中PAEs含量增加的来源。结果表明,脱酸和水洗对油茶籽油中PAEs的含量影响不大,脱色和脱蜡中的过滤操作会造成油茶籽油中DIBP、DBP和DEHP的含量不同程度增加,而过滤使用的滤纸和滤布则是DIBP、DBP和DEHP的主要来源;但是脱臭可以有效减少油茶籽油中PAEs的含量,经过脱臭的油茶籽油中DIBP、DBP和DEHP的质量分数分别减少了86.2%~97.3%,85.6%~91.7%和53.2%~76.7%。
The changes of the content of phthalic acid esters (PAEs) in oil - tea camellia seed oil after different refining process were studied in this paper. The sources that might cause the increase of PAEs content in oil - tea ca- mellia seed oil during refining process were explored on this basis. The results showed that, deacidification and wash- ing hardly had effect on the content of PAEs in oil - tea camellia seed oil. But the filtering operations of decoloration and dewaxing would cause the increase of contents of DIBP, DBP and DEHP in different degrees. It was found that filter paper and filter cloth was the main sources of DIBP, DBP and DEHP. However, the deodorization could decrease the content of PAEs in oil -tea camellia seed oil effectively. After deodorization, the content of DIBP, DBP and DEHP in oil- tea camellia seed oil decreased respectively by 86.2%- 97.3%, 85.6%- 91.7% and 53.2% 76.7%.
