摘要:以茶籽饼粕为原料,采用体积分数65%乙醇-水溶液提取,并通过中低压色谱快速分离得到高纯度的黄酮苷混合物。进一步采用高效液相色谱制备,柱子XB-C18(10 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相甲醇-水(体积比2∶3),紫外270 nm,流速3 mL/min,分离得到黄酮苷化合物Ⅰ和Ⅱ。经IR、MS和NMR鉴定,两种化合物分别为山奈酚3-O-[2-O-β-D-半乳糖-6-O-α-L-鼠李糖]-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅰ)和山奈酚3-O-[2-O-β-D-木糖-6-O-α-L-鼠李糖]-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅱ)。
The dreg-cakes of oil camellia( Camellia deifera Abel. )were extracted with 65 % ethanol. The extract was separated by middle-pressure chromatography. The flavoniod glycosides mixture in high purity was obtained two compounds were isolated by HPLC, using XB-C18 column ( cb 10 mmx 250 mm,5 μm) with a mobile phase which consists of a mixture of methanol and water (volume ratio 2 : 3). It had a flow rate of 3.0 mL/min. UV detection was made at 230 nm. According of IR, MS and NMR, the two compounds were identified to be kaempferol 3-0-[ 2-O-β-D-galactopyranosyl-6-O-a-L-rhamnopyranosyl ]-β-D-glucopyranoside (I)and kaempferol 3-O-[2-O-β-D-xylopyranosyl-6-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl]-β-D-glucopyranoside(Ⅱ), respectively.
