摘要：介绍了国内外固态发酵技术制备蛋白饲料的研究进展,主要从固态发酵的优缺点和影响发酵工艺的主要因素包括固态发酵基质的类别、菌种的选择及固态发酵过程中工艺参数的影响进行阐述,并对固态发酵过程中存在的问题与关键技术进行了展望,以期为农林废弃物深加工提供参考。
Research progress of solid state fermentation（ SSF）to produce protein forage at home and abroad was reviewed. The advantages and disadvantages of SSF,and the influenting factors of SSF including kinds of substrate,strain selection,technical parameters were expounded in detail. Furthermore,the problem and key technology in the process of SSF were discussed to provide a reference for the further process of the farming and forestry residues.
