摘要:杜仲(Eucommia ulmoides Oliv.)是我国传统中药材,具有2000多年的药用历史。杜仲叶富含环烯醚萜类、木脂素类、苯丙素类、黄酮类、多糖类化合物,以及多种氨基酸、维生素和微量元素等活性成分,已被列入药食同源类目录。杜仲茶是以杜仲叶片或雄花经杀青、揉捻、日晒、发酵、干燥制成的保健型茶饮品。杜仲茶中黄酮类、多酚类等化学成分具有降血脂、降血糖、抗氧化、减肥等功效。总结和比较了杜仲绿茶、杜仲红茶、杜仲黑茶、杜仲烤茶等类型杜仲茶的制作工艺及成分特点,分析了杜仲茶的药理作用机制、香气组分及感官评价。
Eucommia ulmoides Oliv.is a traditional Chinese medicinal herb which has been used for more than 2000 years.E.ulmoides leaves are rich in cycloarene ether terpenoids,lignans,phenylpropanoids,flavonoids,polysaccharides,as well as a variety of amino acids,vitamins and trace elements and other active ingredients,which have been listed in the catalog of medicine homologous food.Eucommia tea is a health care tea drink made from E.ulmoides leaves or male flowers by killing,twisting,solarization,fermentation and drying.Flavonoids,polyphenols and other chemical components in Eucommia tea have the effects of hypolipidemic,hypoglycemic,antioxidant and weight loss.The article summarized and compared the manufacturing process and compositional characteristics of E.ulmoides green tea,E.ulmoides black tea,E.ulmoides black tea and E.ulmoides roaste tea,and other types of E.ulmoides tea,and analyzed the pharmacological effect mechanism,aroma components and sensory evaluation of E.ulmoides tea.
