摘要：改进和完善了苏木科云实属植物塔拉单宁的提取方法,在提取过程中使用脱脂纱布和滤布替代石英砂,提取温度从60℃至沸腾,每次升温4℃,共提取10次,其中前6次各提取1 h,后4次各提取30 min。用紫外分光光度法和皮粉重量法测定塔拉单宁的含量,对测定结果进行统计学处理,发现两种方法测定结果为极显著差异,相关系数为0.1065,二者之间的相关性极低,在塔拉单宁的测定中紫外分光光度法不能取代皮粉重量法。
The extraction method of tannin from Tara had been improved and perfected. The absorbent gauze and filter cloth were used to re- place quartz sand in the course of drawing. The extraction temperature was from 60 ℃ to boil and rose every time to warm up 4℃. The extraction time was totally ten times. The former six times extracted 1 hour and the later 4 times extracted 30 minutes each time. The content of Tara tannin was analyzed by ultraviolet spectrometry and hide powder method. The result was carried out by statistics. It was showed that the result of these two methods had notable discrepancy. The correlation coefficient was 0. 1065. The relativity was low very much between two methods. The ultraviolet spectrometry can not replace hide powder method in the detection of Tara tannin.
