摘要:为优选印楝叶总黄酮的提取方法和最佳提取工艺,通过单因素和正交试验设计,研究提取温度、乙醇浓度、提取时间对提取效果的影响,确定最佳提取工艺。结果显示,微波法提取印楝叶总黄酮的较佳工艺条件为提取温度70℃、乙醇浓度70%、提取时间30 min,经验证显示该提取工艺结果稳定。微波萃取法提取印楝叶总黄酮时间短,生产成本低,提取效率高。
To optimize extraction method and extraction technique of total flavonoids from neem leaves, effects of different conditions including extraction temperature, ethanol concentration and extraction time on extraction efficiency were studied by using single factor and orthogonal experimental design. Results showed that the optimum extraction conditions were extraction temperature of 70℃, 70% ethanol and extraction time of 30 min. The extraction process was stable. Thus, the optimum extraction technology is stable, the extraction method requires short time, low production cost and has high extraction efficiency.
