摘要:[目的]研究并比较野生白刺红色和橙色果实的代谢物,进而探究二者之间主要活性成分的差异。[方法]在同一时间和地区分别采摘红色和橙色的野生白刺果实,每组12个,利用UPLC-Q-TOF-MS对不同颜色的白刺果实进行非靶向代谢组学分析。[结果]对白刺红色果实与橙色果实所测定的代谢物进行比较,共筛选出162个显著差异代谢物,且红色果实中花青苷类、黄酮与类黄酮类、氨基酸类等活性成分含量显著高于橙色果实。差异代谢物通路富集分析共对应到19条代谢通路,其中,脂肪酸降解(Fatty acid degradation)、谷胱甘肽代谢(Glutathione metabolism)、氮代谢(Nitrogen metabolism)、乙醛酸和二羧酸代谢(Glyoxylate and dicarboxylate metabolism)为关键通路。[结论]白刺红色果实中的营养成分和药用活性成分更丰富,可能具有更强的抗炎症、抗肿瘤和平衡血糖等方面的功效,推测红色果实的潜在药用价值更高。红色果实的植株可能具有更强的抗逆性。本研究为选择优良白刺培育品种、生产白刺果实相关经济产品及药品提供理论依据。
[Objective]To investigate the metabolic differences between wild Nitraria L.fruits of different colors and explore the differences in their main active components.[Methods]Red and orange Nitraria L.fruits were separately collected from the same area at the same time,with 12 samples in each group.Untargeted metabolomic analysis was conducted using UPLC-Q-TOF-MS to identify metabolic differences between the two fruit colors.[Results]A total of 162 significantly different metabolites were identified between red and orange Nitraria L.fruits.The contents of active components such as anthocyanins,flavonoids,and amino acids in red fruits were significantly higher than those in orange fruits.Pathway enrichment analysis of the different metabolites revealed 19 metabolic pathways,among which fatty acid degradation,glutathione metabolism,nitrogen metabolism,and glyoxylate and dicarboxylate metabolism were identified as the key pathways.[Conclusion]Red fruits contain richer nutritional and medicinal active components,suggesting a stronger potential for anti-inflammatory,anti-tumor,and blood sugar balancing effects.This indicates that red fruits may have the higher medicinal value and that their plants might producing red fruits may have stronger stress resistance.These findings provide a theoretical basis for selecting superior Nitraria L.cultivars,producing economically related products,and developing pharmaceutical applications of Nitraria L.fruits.
