摘要:建立了油茶籽油中角鲨烯含量测定的气相色谱检测方法。油茶籽油样品经氢氧化钾-乙醇溶液皂化,石油醚萃取净化,经HP-5色谱柱分离,气相色谱仪(GC-FID)检测,外标法定量。在5~200g/L线性范围内线性良好,在1.0~3.0g/kg添标水平,平均回收率在93.7%~101.3%,相对标准偏差在1.7%~6.8%,方法的最低检出限为0.0013g/kg。方法适用于食用植物油中角鲨烯含量的测定。
An analytical method was established for the determination of squalene in Camellia seed oil by gas chromatography. The Camellia seed oil samples were saponified with potassium hydroxide and extracted with petroleum ether, andthen the extraction solution was separated on a HP -5 column and determined with gas chromatography (GC-FID). The linear range of the method was 5 - 200g/L (r = 0. 9999) The recoveries of squalene ranged from 93. 7% to 101.3% at fortification levels of 1.0 -3. 0 g/kg, and the relative standard deviation varied from 1.7% to 6. 8%. Limit of detection was 0. 0013 g/kg. The proposed method is suitable for the determination of squalene in other edible vegetable oils.
