摘要:开发一种水基化的印楝素农药制剂。按照自创印楝素微乳剂的制备工艺和微乳剂技术指标控制实验的要求,进行配方筛选实验,结果确定出配方中各组分的质量分数:印楝素原粉5%,乙酸乙酯20%,聚乙二醇辛基苯基醚20%,丙三醇0.5%,甲醛0.05%,去离子水54.45%。通过对该配方产品的验证实验,即经低温稳定性、抗冻、乳液稳定性等实验,检验产品的合格性,结果显示5%印楝素微乳剂的各项指标均符合微乳剂质量技术标准的相关规定,表明该配方可行。
A water based azadirachtin agricultural chemicals was developed. According to the homemade azadirachtin ME preparation craft and the quality parameters, experiment request was controlled and the formula was screened. The various component mass concentration in the formula was determined: azadirachtin powder 5%, ethyl acetate 20%, polyethylene glycol octyl phenyl ether 20%, glycerol 0.5%, formaldehyde 0.05%, deionized water 54.45%. The product qualification was examined through the formula product verification test that included low temperature stability, anti-frozen experiment and emulsion stability. The result showed each target of demonstrated azadirachtin 5% ME conforms to the micro-emulsion quality technical standard correlation stipulation. It indicated this formula may establish.
