摘要:对油茶粕中茶皂素连续提取工艺进行研究。首次采用油茶粕造粒后连续提取茶皂素的方法,以乙醇为浸提溶剂,模拟工厂逆流连续提取的生产工艺。通过对提取时间、提取温度、物料含水率的单因素实验,并经过三因素三水平正交实验优化,得到了茶皂素连续提取的最佳工艺条件为:提取温度65℃,提取时间120 min,物料含水率6.57%。在最佳工艺条件下,茶皂素残留为1.79%。
The process of continuous extraction of tea saponin from oil - tea camellia seed meal was studied. The method of continuous extraction after oil - tea camellia seed meal granulation was the first time. Ethanol was used as extraction solvent and the production process of countercurrent continuous extraction in factories was simulated. Through single factor experiment of extraction time, extraction temperature and moisture content of material, and optimization of three - factor and three - level orthogonal experiment, the optimal continuous extraction conditions of tea saponin were obtained as follows:extraction temperature 65℃, extraction time 120 min, moisture content of material 6.57%. Under these conditions,the residue of tea saponin was 1.79%.
