摘要:对不同产区、不同树龄、不同生长期的200多个银杏叶样品,用HPLC法检测其银杏内酯和白果内酯的含量。发现用于生产银杏叶提取物(GBE)的原料银杏叶中萜内酯含量差异很大,它是影响GBE质量和成本的关键;银杏幼树(1~6年生)实生苗叶萜内酯含量高,一般为030%~0.50%,大树叶含量低,一般<010%;我国各主要银杏产区都有萜内酯含量≥040%的优质银杏叶;不同地区有不同的最佳采叶期。
Contents of ginkgolides and bilobalide in more than 200 samples of Ginkgo biloba leaves collected from different growth areas at different tree ages and growth periods have been determined by HPLC methods. The results show that the terpenelactone content in Ginkgo biloba leaves is quite different and is a key factor influencing the quality and production cost of Ginkgo biloba extract. The leaves from young Ginkgo biloba trees (1~6 years old) have higher content of terpenelactone, usually 0.30 %~0.50 % while the content in old tree leaves is usually less than 0.10 %. The superior Ginkgo biloba leaves with terpenelactone content≥0.40 % have been found in all the main growth areas in China, but the best collection time in different areas is different.
