摘要:采用物理吸附脱色的方法,在水浴搅拌条件下进行单因素和正交试验,旨在找出适宜的漆蜡脱色条件,并采用GC-MS分析脱色前后的漆蜡主要脂肪酸GC含量的变化。结果表明:漆蜡物理吸附脱色的优化工艺条件为以石油醚为溶剂、以活性炭与硅藻土(质量比1∶1)为吸附剂,并按照漆蜡质量的5%添加、液固比20∶1(mL∶g)、温度80℃、脱色时间30 min、脱色2次,此法可使漆蜡的白度达85.25;脱色前后主要脂肪酸的GC含量并无明显变化。
In order to find the optimum conditions for lacquer wax decoloration,a physical adsorptive decoloration method was used in single factor and orthogonal experiments under the thermal reflux and agitation conditions.The contents of primary fatty acids in lacquer wax before and after decoloration were investigated by GC-MS method.The results indicate that the optimum decoloration conditions for lacquer wax were using petroleum ether as solvent,activated carbon and kieselguhr(mass ratio 1∶1)as adsorbent,addition of lacquer wax mass 5 %,liquid-solid ratio 20∶1,temperature 80 ℃ and decoloration time 30 min,for twice decoloration.The whiteness of lacquer wax can reach 85.25.The relative contents of the main fatty acids before and after decoloration have no significant change.
