摘要:采用水酶法从油茶籽中提取油茶籽油,选用A lcalase 2.4L蛋白酶作为水解酶,研究了不同酶解工艺条件对提油率的影响。通过响应面分析获得最优工艺条件为:酶用量2%,酶解温度61.5℃,酶解时间4 h,酶解pH 9.4,料液比1∶7,粉碎度80目。经验证,在该条件下提油率可达到91.24%。
An aqueous enzymatic extraction technology was adopted to extract oil from oil - tea camellia seed. Alcalase 2.4L was used as the hydrolytic enzyme, and the influences of different enzymatic hydroly- sis conditions on the oil yield were investigated. Based on response surface methodology, the optimum conditions were found as follows: dosage of the enzyme 2% , temperature 61.5 ~C, hydrolysis time 4 h, pH 9.4, ratio of material to water 1:7, grind degree 80 meshes. The oil yield efficiency reached 91.24% under the optimum conditions.
