摘要:[目的]以苯酚为液化剂,3%浓硫酸作催化剂,对竹粉进行液化,获得的液化产物树脂化后用于制备酚醛泡沫塑料。[方法]研究了表面活性剂吐温-80、混合固化剂对甲苯磺酸和磷酸、发泡剂正戊烷以及发泡温度对酚醛泡沫塑料性能的影响。[结果]吐温-80为树脂用量的2%~8%,对甲苯磺酸为树脂用量的12%~28%,磷酸为树脂用量的12%~28%,正戊烷为树脂用量的10%~20%时,黏度为2000~4000MPa·s,在70℃发泡可以达到发泡和固化同步的效果。竹粉液化产物制备的酚醛泡沫塑料密度为20.78~81.51kg/m3,压缩强度为18~57N/cm2,并对液化物树脂和酚醛泡沫进行了红外光谱分析。[结论]自制的发泡酚醛树脂可为酚醛泡沫塑料的制备提供新的基础原料。
[Objective]Bamboo powder was liquefied with phenol with 3% sulfuric acid as catalyst and the liquefied product was used for preparing phenolic foam plastic through resinifying.[Method]The effects of foaming agent (n-pentane) ,surface active agent (tween 80) ,curing agent (p-toluenesulfonic acid and phosphoric acid) and foaming temperature on the property of foam were determined.[Result]Curing and foaming were synchronized when tween 80 was 2%-8% of the resin in mass,p-toluenesulfonic acid 12%-28% ,phosphoric acid 12%-28% ,n-pentane 10%-20% ,viscosity 2 000-4 000 MPa·s,and with foaming temperature at 70 ℃.The foam materials,prepared from bamboo powder,have a density between 20.78 and 81.51 kg/m3,and compressive strength is between 18 and 57 N/cm2.Moreover,liquefaction product phenolic resin and phenolic foam were analyzed with FTIR.[Conclusion]Homemade liquefied product could be used as the new material for preparing phenolic foam plastic.
