摘要:建立了同时检测油茶籽油中6种邻苯二甲酸酯(PAEs)的气相色谱法。6种PAEs在0.1-12.0μg/m L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数(R^2)均大于0.999。方法的检出限(S/N=3)为0.03-0.07μg/m L,定量限(S/N=10)为0.09-0.11μg/m L。6种PAEs的平均加标回收率为71.6%-107.5%,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=6)为1.5%-8.8%。利用建立的方法检测了11个油茶籽油样品,结果表明市售油茶籽油中均含有不同含量的DIBP、DBP和DEHP,部分油茶籽油中的DBP和DEHP超过GB 9685—2008规定。油茶籽油中PAEs不完全来自包装塑料,油茶籽油在包装前的生产、加工过程中已经有PAEs迁入。
A method for the simultaneous determination of six kinds of phthalate acid esters (PAEs) in oil-tea camellia seed oil was established by GC. The results showed that there was a good linear relationship when the six kinds of PAEs ranged from 0.1μg/mL to 12.0 μg/mL with all the correlation coefficients ( R^2 ) above 0.999. The limits of detection ( S/N = 3 ) and quantification ( S/N = 10) were 0.03 - 0.07 μg/mL and 0.09 - 0.11 μg/mL respectively. The average recoveries and relative standard deviations (n =6) of the six kinds of PAEs were 71.6% - 107.5% and 1.5% -8.8% respectively. Eleven oil- tea camellia seed oil samples were determined by the established method, and the results indicated that all the oil - tea camellia seed oils on sale contained different amounts of DIBP, DBP and DEHP, especially the contents of DBP and DEHP in some oil -tea camellia seed oils exceeded the requirements of GB 9685--2008. PAEs in oil - tea camellia seed oil was incompletely from the plastic packaging, for PAEs had moved into oil -tea came|lia seed oil in the processes of production and processing before packaging.
