摘要:甘肃某橄榄油企业产生的废水COD和总酚很高,尚无较好的处理方法。根据该地区的气象条件,橄榄油浓废水宜采用自然蒸发处理。采用催化氧化法对橄榄油废水进行预处理,可同时降低废水的COD和总酚,提高后续厌氧、好氧处理的效率。废水经催化氧化—厌氧—好氧处理后,COD从2 280 mg/L降至88 mg/L,总酚从160 mg/L降至35 mg/L,TN从81 mg/L降至12 mg/L,TP从11 mg/L降至0.8 mg/L,达到综合废水排放标准的要求。
The COD and total phenol in the wastewater from an olive oil mill in Gansu Province,China,are very high.No ideal treatment method has been found,yet. According to the meteorological conditions in the region,it is found that natural evaporation treatment is suitable for treating concentrated wastewater from olive oil production. Catalytic oxidation method can be used for its pretreatment,and,in addition,the COD and total phenol of the effluent can be decreased,in order to improve the treatment efficiency of the sequential anaerobic and aerobic treatment. After the wastewater has been treated by catalytic oxidation-anaerobic-aerobic processes,the COD is decreased from 2 280 mg/L to88 mg/L,total phenol decreased from 160 mg/L to 35 mg/L,TN decreased from 81 mg/L to 12 mg/L,and TP decreased from 11 mg/L to 0.8 mg/L,meeting the requirements for the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard.
