摘要：我国高等院校涉林学位授权点数量迅速增加,但现有评估结果表明,林业高等院校涉林学位授权点整体发展正面临来自非林业高校的巨大挑战。评估主体低效化、评估对象局限化、评估指标体系构建趋同化是目前林业高等院校涉林学位授权点评估的主要问题。据此,提出涉林学位授权点评估体系建设思路,即通过统筹研究生教育改革和林业发展战略明确当前评估重点、基于林业高等院校协同共建涉林学位授权点评估指标体系、以内涵建设为核心开展行业背景下的学位授权点定位评估。
The number of forestry-related degree awarding units in China’s colleges and universities has increased rapidly.However,the existing evaluation results show that the overall level of degree awarding units in forestry universities is facing a huge challenge from the non-forestry colleges and universities.It is pointed out that the main problems in the construction of the evaluation system are the low efficiency of the evaluation subject,the limitation of the evaluation object and the convergence of the evaluation index system.On this basis,the paper puts forward the construction idea of the evaluation system of forestry-related degree awarding units,that is,to clarify the current evaluation focus through the overall planning of graduate education reform and forestry development strategy,to construct the evaluation index system of forestry-related degree awarding units based on the collaborative construction of forestry universities,and to take the connotation construction as the core to carry out position evaluation of degree awarding units under the industry background.
