摘要：本试验旨在研究饲粮添加橡椀单宁对肉鸡生长性能、免疫器官指数和血浆生化指标的影响。选取1日龄雄性爱拔益加(AA)肉鸡288羽,随机分为4组,每组6个重复,每个重复12羽。对照组(VT-0组)饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别在基础饲粮中添加100(VT-1组)、500(VT-2组)和1000 mg/kg(VT-3组)橡椀单宁。试验期42 d。结果表明:1)饲粮添加橡椀单宁对肉鸡生长性能无显著影响(P>0.05)。2)42日龄时,VT-2组法氏囊指数显著高于VT-0和VT-1组(P<0.05),且法氏囊指数与橡椀单宁添加量呈显著线性相关(P<0.05);VT-2组脾脏指数与其他各组相比有提高的趋势(P=0.096)。3)VT-2组21和42日龄肉鸡血浆免疫球蛋白G(IgG)含量显著高于其他各组(P<0.05),且血浆IgG含量与橡椀单宁添加量呈显著线性和二次相关(P<0.05)。4)VT-3组21日龄肉鸡血浆总胆固醇(T-CHO)和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)含量显著高于其他各组(P<0.05),且血浆T-CHO含量与橡椀单宁添加量呈显著线性和二次相关(P<0.05)。VT-1和VT-2组42日龄肉鸡血浆肌酐(CREA)含量显著低于VT-0组(P<0.05),且血浆CREA含量与橡椀单宁添加量呈显著线性和二次相关(P<0.05)。由此可见,饲粮添加适量橡椀单宁能够提高肉鸡法氏囊指数和血浆IgG含量,在一定程度上改善血浆生化指标。
This experiment was conducted to study the effects of dietary Quercus acutissima Carruth tannin on growth performance,immune organ indexes and plasma biochemical indexes of broilers.A total of 288 one-day-old male Arbor Acres(AA)broilers were selected and randomly divided into 4 groups with 6 replicates in each group and 12 broilers in each replicate.Broilers in the control group(VT-0 group)were fed a basal diet,and others in experimental groups were fed basal diets supplemented with 100(VT-1 group),500(VT-2 group)and 1000 mg/kg(VT-3 group)Quercus acutissima Carruth tannins,respectively.The experiment lasted for 42 days.The results showed as follows:1)dietary Quercus acutissima Carruth tannin had no significant effect on the performance of broilers(P>0.05).2)At 42 days of age,the bursa of Fabricius index of VT-2 group was significantly higher than that of VT-0 and VT-1 groups(P<0.05),and there was a significant linear correlation between bursa of Fabricius index and Quercus acutissima Carruth tannin addition amount(P<0.05);the spleen index of VT-2 group had an upward trend compared with other groups(P=0.096).3)The plasma immunoglobulin G(IgG)content of broilers at 21 and 42 days of age of VT-2 group was significantly higher than that of other groups(P<0.05),and there were significantly linear and quadratic correlations between plasma IgG content and Quercus acutissima Carruth tannin addition amount(P<0.05).4)The contents of total cholesterol(T-CHO)and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)in plasma of broilers at 21 days of age of VT-3 group was significantly higher than that of other groups(P<0.05),and there were significantly linear and quadratic correlations between plasma T-CHO content and Quercus acutissima Carruth tannin addition amount(P<0.05).The plasma creatinine(CREA)content of broilers at 42 days of age of VT-1 and VT-2 group was significantly lower than that of VT-0 group(P<0.05),and there were significantly linear and quadratic correlations between plasma CREA content and Quercus acutissima Carruth tannin addition amount(P<0.05).It can be concluded that dietary appropriate amount of Quercus acutissima Carruth tannin can improve the bursa of Fabricius index and plasma IgG content of broilers,and improve plasma biochemical parameters to a certain extent.
