摘要:通过对油茶籽油脱臭馏出物进行分子蒸馏制取维生素E工艺研究,结果表明:经过预处理,而后通过三级分子蒸馏,第一、二级蒸出乙酯,第三级蒸馏使轻组分中的α-生育酚含量提高至1.97 mg。同时得出分子蒸馏工艺条件为:第一、二级加热壁面温度100℃,进料速率2 mL/min,刮板转速100 r/min,预热温度85℃;第三级加热壁面温度190℃、进料速率2 mL/min、刮板转速100 r/min、预热温度85℃。
This paper is focused on the extraction of vitamin E from deodorizer distillate production of oiltea Camellia seed oil by molecular distillation technology. The study results showed that through pretreatment of the tea camellia seed oil deodorizer distillate, and then by three - stage molecular distillation, and the ethyl ester was removed in the first and second stage, the content of α-tocophenrol was enhanced to 197 mg/100g in the third stage. The molecular distillation process conditions were concluded as follows the first and second stages, heating surface temperature 100℃, feeding rate 2 mL/min, scraper speed 100 r/min, preheating temperature 85℃ ;the third stages' heating surface temperature 190℃ ,feeding rate 2 mL/min, scraper speed 100 r/ min and preheating temperature 85℃.
