摘要：翘鳞肉齿菌 [Sarcodonimbricatus(L .exFr.)Karst.]是肉齿菌科的一种野生食用菌 .翘鳞肉齿菌子实体粉经热水浸提和醇析 ,得到棕褐色块状粗多糖 ,粗多糖注入或口服给接种有小鼠肉瘤 1 80 (Sl80 )和小鼠胰腺癌 (MPC)的昆明种小白鼠进行抗肿瘤试验 ,结果表明 :翘鳞肉齿菌粗多糖对S1 80有显著的抑瘤效应 ,其中5 0mg kg剂量组 ,抑瘤率达 45 % ,抑瘤效应不与剂量成正比 .粗多糖对MPC无明显抑瘤效应 .
The raw polysaccharose, colored brown, can be obtained from the fruiting body of Sarcodon imbricatus(L. ex Fr. ) Karst. by using hot water digestion and alcohol sediment. The anticancer (S180 and MPC) tests of polysaccharose have been done on small white mice of Kunming species. The experimental results have shown that the raw polysaccharose can restrain S180 obviously. At the dosage group of 50mg/kg , the restrain rates can be 45%. The restrain effect is not directly proportional to dosage. The anticancer effect of polysaccharose for MPC is not clear.
