摘要:从我国江苏采集的银杏(Ginkgo biloba L.)叶中分离得到7个聚戊烯醇乙酸酯纯样,经鉴定证明它们均为桦木聚戊烯醇型(Betulaprenol)结构,其异戊烯基结构单元数相应为15~21,由于其结构和哺乳动物中所含多萜醇化学结构接近,且其含量较高,因而具有开发前景。此外,本文还系统总结了聚戊烯醇类化合物化学结构波谱鉴定方法,表明核磁共振氢谱和碳谱为该类化合物结构鉴定的有效手段。
Seven polyprenol acetates have been isolated from Cinkgo biloba leaves ,collected from Jiangsu,China. The spectral analyses of these compounds show that they are of betulaprenol structure and the number of isoprenyl units of these compounds is respectively 15 - 21. Since the structure of betulaprenol type polyprcnols is close to that of mammalian dolichols,the polyprenols from Cinkgo biloba leaves may be found useful in medicinal industry. The method of identification of polyprenols is also discussed in this paper in detail and it is concluded that the 1H NMR and 13C NMR are powerful methods for this purpose.
